What happens to the details you send

You tell us about your windows so we can measure them. This page says what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.

What the enquiry form collects

  • Your name and phone number. The form needs both so we can arrange the measure.
  • Your email and suburb, if you give them.
  • Whether the job is a house, an apartment or an office.
  • Your window schedule: the panes you marked on the drawing, as text and as the pane data the drawing records, and any windows you ticked.
  • Your message, and any photos of your windows you attach. Photos are stored privately with the enquiry and never published.
  • The page you sent it from, and how you reached the site: the site that linked you here, or the campaign tags in a search or ad link you followed.

Why, and who sees it

We use it to answer your enquiry, arrange the measure and write your quote.

We may share it with a suitable local window-tinting provider to service your request. The person who measures your panes needs your name, your phone number and your schedule.

We do not sell your details. We do not add you to a mailing list, and this site has no newsletter.

What the site notes when you visit

  • Visits are counted on our server: the page, the site that linked you here, your country, and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. Your IP address is not kept.
  • If a script on a page fails, your browser sends us the error, the page address and your connection type, so we can fix it.
  • Calls to 02 8124 8504 go through a call-tracking service, which records the number you call from, the time and whether the call was answered.
  • If you tap the phone number on a page, the page sends one note naming this site, with nothing about you, so the call can be expected.
  • The drawing keeps the panes you marked in your browser until you close the tab, so they carry across to the enquiry page.
  • The pages set no cookies, and there are no advertising pixels.

Spam

The form has one hidden field that people never see. Automated spam fills it in, and those submissions are dropped.

A copy, a correction, or deletion

Send a note through the enquiry form with the name and phone number you used. Say whether you want a copy of what we hold, a correction, or everything deleted.
